In April 2026, our complete plastic film crushing and washing production line was delivered to India. Our customer runs plastic recycling businesses in the United States and India with a segmented production model.
Due to strict environmental regulations and high labor costs locally, their US factory only handles material crushing. All processed materials are shipped to the Indian factory for subsequent washing and deep reprocessing.
Communication and On-site Inspection
Our customer first sent an inquiry back in 2024, and put forward a new demand for a 1 ton per hour recycling production line in January 2026. We created tailored professional solutions according to their actual working conditions. Though their original factory visit plan was canceled, we kept in active touch constantly.
In March 2026, their team paid an on-site visit to our factory. We answered all technical questions frankly, and introduced that our equipment owns stable performance and great cost performance, which fully meets their production demands. We also optimized the overall production layout for them.
Negotiation and Cooperation
We conducted sustained follow-up after the visit. We addressed their core concerns about production capacity, dewatering effect and equipment configuration, and eliminated all doubts via online negotiations.
Eventually, we reached a cooperation agreement, and the customer finished payment by installments. The whole line is customized for 415V working voltage, including conveyors, crushers, washing machines, dryers, control cabinets and a full set of supporting spare parts.
