Horizontal Baler Machine Successfully Exported to Poland for Waste Paper Recycling
A recycling company from Poland recently purchased our Horizontal Baler Machine to improve the efficiency of its waste paper recycling business. The customer mainly processes large quantities of waste cardboard, newspapers, packaging paper, and paper scraps collected from local factories and logistics centers.
As the recycling volume continued to increase, loose waste paper occupied excessive storage space and raised transportation costs. The customer needed a high-capacity baling solution capable of producing dense and uniform paper bales for easier handling and resale.
Recommended Horizontal Baler Machine Configuration
After understanding the customer’s production requirements, our sales team recommended a fully automatic horizontal baler machine with the following specifications:

- Model: SL-Y81-630
- Nominal Force: 630 kN
- Compression Chamber: 1000 × 600 × 500 mm
- Block Size: (180–250) × 200 × 200 mm
- Block Density: ≥2000 kg/m³
- Capacity: 500–1000 kg/h
- Single Cycle Time: ≤90 sPower: 7.5 kW
The machine is specially designed for processing waste paper, cardboard, newspapers, magazines, and other recyclable materials. Its hydraulic system provides strong compression force, producing compact bales that significantly reduce storage and transportation costs.
Customer Concerns and Our Solutions
Before placing the order, the Polish customer focused on several key issues:

Bale Density and Transportation Costs
The customer wanted to maximize the loading capacity of each truck shipment. We demonstrated how the horizontal baler machine could compress loose paper into high-density bales, reducing volume and improving transportation efficiency.
Уровень автоматизации
To reduce labor costs, the customer preferred an automated recycling solution. Our machine features automatic feeding compatibility and an automatic tying system, allowing continuous and efficient operation with minimal manual intervention.
After-Sales Support
As this was the customer’s first time importing equipment from China, they were concerned about installation and operation. We provided detailed operation manuals, online technical guidance, and lifetime technical support, which gave the customer confidence to proceed with the purchase.

Successful Installation and Positive Feedback
After the machine arrived in Poland, our technical team assisted the customer with installation and commissioning remotely. The horizontal baler machine quickly entered production and has been operating smoothly.
The customer reported that the machine greatly improved waste paper processing efficiency, reduced warehouse space requirements, and lowered transportation expenses. The dense and uniform bales also increased the market value of the recycled paper materials.
The customer expressed satisfaction with both the machine performance and our professional after-sales service and plans to expand their recycling capacity with additional equipment in the future.
