In 2026, our scrap copper wire recycling machine was successfully delivered to a recycling company in the Czech Republic. This project represents a key achievement in supplying high-efficiency copper recycling solutions to the European market.

The customer focuses on processing waste cables and scrap copper wires, aiming to recover copper from construction waste, industrial cables, and discarded household wires to maximize resource recovery and profitability.

Challenges Faced by the Customer

• Inconsistent Separation Purity
  • The copper recovered using traditional methods still contained a significant amount of plastic insulation, resulting in lower copper purity and reduced market prices, which lowered overall profits.
• Limited Production Capacity
  • With the increasing volume of scrap wire, the customer urgently needed a machine with higher capacity and automation to expand their recycling business and improve profitability.

Implementation and Results

After signing the contract, we customized the configuration according to the customer’s workshop layout and handled full packaging and logistics. Upon arrival, our engineers guided the installation and commissioning on-site to ensure stable operation.

We provided on-site training for the customer’s operators, including daily maintenance, safe operation procedures, and handling different cable sizes. Complete technical manuals and after-sales support were also provided.
